  • Dawson Watches do not offer worldwide shipping. 
  • Free delivery for orders to New Zealand. 
  • Order Cuttoff time: 2 pm NZST from Monday to Friday. 
  • Order processing: 1-2 business days 
  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days

Domestic Shipping:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within New Zealand.
  • Shipping Couriers: We utilise reputable couriers such as New Zealand Post and CourierPost to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 2 pm NZST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time: We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Transit Time: The typical delivery time within New Zealand is 3-5 business days.
  • Possible Delays: Delivery times may extend during public holidays and peak periods. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order directly on the courier’s website. Additionally, Visit the Order Tracking link at the bottom under Site Information to track your order.

Delivery Instructions
