Non-Returnable Items:

- Personalized or customized watches.
- Watches showing signs of use, including those with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Watches returned with damage, scratches, or missing parts, including manuals, tags, tools, or original packaging.
- Watches that have been worn or have a broken seal for hygiene reasons.
