Returns Policy

Timeframe:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products labeled "Final Sale."
- Personalized or customized watches.
- Watches showing signs of use, including those with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Watches returned with damage, scratches, or missing parts, including manuals, tags, tools, or original packaging.
- Watches that have been worn or have a broken seal for hygiene reasons.

- Customers are generally responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the item is received damaged or faulty. In cases of damaged or faulty items, we will provide a prepaid return label to facilitate free return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
